General Occupational Therapy Services
Self-Made Rehab provides general occupational therapy to people across the lifespan. We provide comprehensive assessment and treatment that is ongoing based on your needs, goals, and budget.
Examples of Goals We Can Help Clients Achieve
- Improving their cognitive function
- Helping them improve fine motor skills
- Increasing their independence in day-to-day tasks
- Regaining independence and getting back to the things they enjoy doing after an injury or accident
- Designing and implementing sensory diets and helping with sensory processing
- Assessing homes and recommending equipment or renovations to ensure they stay safe for the people who live in them
Reports & Paperwork Support
In addition to treatment, we can also provide comprehensive reports and fill out paperwork as needed, for example if you need an OT letter for returning to work after an accident, or would like help with an IEP for your child.
A Note On Our Services
At Self-Made Rehab, we do not work with the diagnosis or impairment–we work with the whole person. You do not need a documented diagnosis, label, or referral to work with us. You just need goals, and we will help you work towards them!
